Random Color

Maxwell Studio v5.1 was just released, and besides some stability fixes, and other improvements it brought a few new features. Obviously the brightest one was a new Substance Painter material assistant.

And in a list of new features like coatings for GPU and, improved transmittance distance for transparent materials - it is hard to notice a new procedural that was added. Actually 2 new procedurals were added, but at the moment I'd like to expand on one of them and that's Random Color

Obviously, I did a quick tutorial to walk you through just the basic functions and logic behind that procedural - showing why it is a small but super powerful tool that looks very niche - might end up being your new favourite procedural.
